The Data Systems Committee provides infrastructure, application support and development for the MSFA, as well as providing technical consultation services to many MSFA Committees and agencies that relate to the MSFA.
The Committee is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the MSFA.org website, as well as the programs used at the Annual Convention MSFA Convention website for registration and voting.
The Committee also maintains purchasing relationships for many types of computer equipment and services.
We are always looking for IT professionals that are willing to devote some of their time to the Maryland State Firemen’s Association. Please contact the Chairman if you are in the IT field and interested in assisting us with any of the following:
- Desktop support of Microsoft Office products and operating systems
- Web-based application programming
- Database programming with Web front-end experience
