Mission
- Provide to the Maryland Vehicle Association (MVA) or its successor, as required, proof by MSFA that the applicants for special “FD” license plates are eligible members of a volunteer fire, rescue, or ambulance company, or auxiliary thereof;
- Be responsible for notifying companies and auxiliaries of current procedures for obtaining said plates;
- Maintain a close working relationship with the MVA concerning any matters that may affect emergency service organizations or their members;
