Friday April 21st
19:30hr – 22:00hr – Welcome Reception

Saturday April 22nd
07:30hrs - A Continental Breakfast will be offered by the members of VFW Post 8185
at a cost of $5.00
09:00hrs – The Meeting will begin promptly at the VFW Post 8185
13:00hrs - President Davis and the 125th Anniversary Committee has announced there
will be a gathering on the steps of the once town bank of Port Deposit
After the Gathering, and Ceremonies, we encourage everyone to show our support for the efforts of the 125th Anniversary Committee by attending the opening ceremonies and parade.

Notice of MSFA Executive Committee Meeting
Throughout the afternoon, visit downtown Port Deposit where there will be an Antique Muster, Fire Boat Demonstration and at

17:00 hrs. there will be a Pub crawl.

There will be dinner packages available in the local restaurants and at dusk or
approximately between 8 and 9 p.m. there will be a fireworks display on the waterfront.

Sunday April 23nd

A reminder to all Officers and Committee Chairs that your report for the 125 th
Annual Convention and Conference Program Book are due by the April 22 nd Executive Committee Meeting. Please send your Annual Convention report to
GWilhite231@aol.com.

Remember - All Committee Chairs, Organizations and Agencies are reminded that your reports must be sent electronically to the Secretary's Office at report@msfa.org no later than April 15th. You are also requested to have fifteen (15) copies of your report prepared for distribution prior to your reporting time and should be turned into the Secretary's Office as soon as possible.

Attached you will find a copy of the Agenda for Saturday, April 22 nd and Sunday, April 23rd. If any adjustments are needed, please contact Executive Committee Chairman Doug Simpkins

As in the past, any budget request must be submitted to Chairman Stephan Cox at
budget@msfa.org.

Everyone is encouraged to attend and participate in these meetings of the Executive
Committee so that you can be better informed and updated on the various emergency services issues, to better serve the citizens of Our Great State.
