NOTE: All reports are to be sent to the Office of the Secretary electronically no later than September 10, 2007. This is going to be a very busy schedule.
Reporting schedules will not be changed without prior approval of the President and Executive Committee Chair.
The President and Executive Committee Chair have advised that if reports are not received by the deadline, the committee or agency will not be permitted to address the Executive Committee.
Please provide ten (10) copies of your report to the Secretary's Office as early as possible prior to your scheduled reporting time so that it may be distributed to the appropriate individuals that do not have electronic capabilities without disrupting the meetings.
