The Reaching Next Generation committee for the Maryland State Firemen’s Association is comprised of members appointed by the President.
The committee’s mission is to find, mentor, and lead the next generation of leaders for the Maryland State Firemen’s Association. This includes helping with the succession planning and sustainability of the organization with the support of the Recruitment and Retention Committee, MSFA Executive Committee, and Leadership.
