The MSFA would like to recognize those families who exemplify the long history of family service to their community through fire, EMS, rescue services. A minimum of three generations need to be active for this recognition.
It is extremely important that you spell the names and list relationships correctly, as they will be printed exactly as you have submitted them.
These Certificates will be made available at the Annual MSFA Convention. Presented on stage during the Convention only when program time permits.
